Rush consists of various events organized by Omega Delta Phi during the first couple of weeks of each semester. Young men interested in ODPhi should attend as many Rush events as possible to get to know our Brotherhood and its members. At the conclusion of Rush, invitations called bids, are extended to the students who have shown the most interest and potential to positively impact our Brotherhood.

Omega Delta Phi runs a dry, non-hazing prospective member program. The focus of the program is to create leaders that will one day lead our Brotherhood to the success that we feel it is destined to. To achieve this, we do not allow any member of our prospective member class to consume alcohol or use illegal substances. In pursuit of breaking the stereotype of fraternal organizations, we do not haze  our prospective members.
